Richard previously headed up the ‘Retail Insight and Analytics’ team at the British Retail Consortium. Before that, he worked in mergers and acquisitions for Citi Group. He has a wealth of experience in data analytics, consumer research and macroeconomics, and is skilled in generating actionable insights for clients. 

Al has over 20 years retail, logistics, and eCommerce experience as a former retailer, and was Head of Multichannel at OFFICE and Mountain Warehouse.  Al has appeared on BBC World News, LBC News, BBC Radio One, as well as a whole host of retail and logistics events and webinars over the last 5 years.
